バナナの春巻き
レシピ手順
- バナナを半分の長さに切り、さらに縦半分に切る。
- 春巻きの皮に1を乗せ、シナモンシュガーをふりかけ包む。
- 160℃の油で、ゆっくりと色よく揚げる。
ワンポイント
・春巻きの皮の巻き終わりを水溶き片栗粉でとめるとキレイに仕上がります。
