レシピ手順
- あじは小さく切る。みょうがは半分にし斜め切りに、青じそはせん切りに、小ねぎは小口切りにする。
- あじ・みょうが・青じそを合わせて、包丁で細かくたたく。
- みそ・ドレッシングを混ぜ合わせる。
- 2に3を加えよく混ぜ合わせ、器に盛り付けてねぎを飾る。

・よくたたくことで口当たりよく仕上がります。
