レシピ手順
- いんげんは両端を切り落として半分の長さに、にんじんは6cm長さの拍子切りにし、それぞれ下ゆでしておく。
- 豚肉は塩・こしょうで下味をつけて広げ、コチジャンを薄く塗り、1をのせて巻く。
- フライパンに油を熱し、2を焼き色が付くまで焼く。
