- 米は研いで浸水させ、水けをきっておく。
- 鶏肉・たけのこは5mm 角に切る。
しいたけは水で戻し5mm角に切る。 - 炊飯器に1・味玉・しょうゆを入れて、規定量まで水を注ぎ、2・枝豆を加えて炊く。
- 炊きあがったらネギ油をまわし入れ、ざっくりと混ぜて器に盛る。
