- 鶏肉は一口大に切る。キャベツは食べやすい大きさに切る。
厚揚げは熱湯をかけて油抜きをし、一口大に切る。もやしは洗って水けをきる。 - 鍋にラクサの素・トマト・水を入れて火にかける。
沸騰したら1を加えて煮込み、火が通るまで加熱する。 - 〆にさっとゆでたフォーを入れ、塩・こしょうで味を調える。
