- 豚肉と野菜は食べやすい大きさに切る。
- フライパンに油を熱し、豚肉を炒めて取り出す。
- 野菜を火の通りにくい順に炒め、水・あんかけの素を加えて煮立て、2を戻しとろみがつくまで煮込む。
- 200℃に熱した油でおこげを揚げる。
