レシピ手順
- 鍋にうずらの卵とかぶる位の水を入れ、火にかける。
- ころがしながら沸騰させ、沸騰後3分ほど経ったら冷水にとって冷まし、殻をむく。
- ポリ袋に2・ドレッシングを入れ、冷蔵庫で2時間程つける。
ワンポイント
・中華ドレッシング以外の醤油ベースのドレッシングにかえても美味しく作れます。。
