レシピ手順
- ミキサーに、豆腐・和風だし・しょうゆ・水を加え、なめらかになるまでよく撹拌する。
- ネギは2㎝ほどの長さに切る。
- 1を鍋に入れ温める。器によそい、万能ねぎを飾る。
