レシピ手順
- にんじんはせん切りにする。
- 卵を割りほぐして、しょうゆで味付けする。
- フライパンに油を熱し、中火でにんじんがしんなりするまで炒め、和風だし・塩・こしょうで味付けする。
- 3に卵を流し入れ、大きく混ぜて火を止めて、余熱で卵に火をとおす。
ワンポイント
・卵は炒めすぎなようにしてください。
