レシピ手順
- パイシートは解凍し、表面にはけで薄く水を塗り、シナモンシュガーを振りかけ、シナモンの面を上にして重ねる。
- 両端を中央に向かって2回折り、両側を合わせる。サランラップに包んで30分程冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
- 2を包丁で8mm幅に切り、クッキングシートを敷いた天板に並べて形を整える。
- 200℃に熱したオーブンで25分程焼く。
ワンポイント
・冷凍パイシートは、半解凍くらいで作業をすると作りやすいです。
