レシピ手順
- 生クリームは砂糖を加え八分立てにし、バナナは一口大に切りレモン汁をかけておく。
- 40℃位の湯にライスペーパー全体を2~3秒浸し、まな板の上に引き上げる。
- ライスペーパーにバナナ、生クリームを包む。
- 3を器に盛り付け、生クリーム・チョコレートを飾りる。
