- 長芋は1cm幅の半月切りに、エリンギ・アスパラガスは乱切り、しめじは小房に分ける。
- フライパンに油を熱し1を炒め、一旦取り出す。
- 2のフライパンにバター・にんにく・豆板醤入れ、弱火で炒める。
- 香りが出たら2を戻し入れ、ガラスープ・しょうゆで味を調える。
