レシピ手順
- いちごは縦に薄切りにする。
- ライスペーパーを1枚ずつ水又はぬるま湯にくぐらせてまな板などの上に置く。
- 2にあずき・1をのせて手前から巻く。
ワンポイント
・お子様には湯に浸したライスペーパーを包丁で半分に切ってから巻くと、小さめのいちご巻きが出来上がります。
