レシピ手順
- じゃがいも・にんじんは皮をむき乱切りにする。
- セロリは5㎝長さに切り、キャベツは大きめのくし切り、かぶは茎の部分を少し残して4等分に切る。
- 鍋に1・水・ブーケガルニを入れ加熱する。
- 煮立ってきたらアクをとり、ウインナーソーセージ、2を加える。
- 野菜が柔らかくなったらブーケガルニを取り出し、ガラスープを加える。
- 塩・こしょうで味を調え、器に盛り付ける。
ワンポイント
・きのこ類を入れても美味しくいただけます。
