レシピ手順
- 豚肉を1cm角に切る。
- フライパンに油を熱し、1・ミックスベジタブルを炒める。塩・ペパー・カレー粉で味付けし、ご飯と合わせて粗熱をとる。
- 2を丸く成形し、道明寺粉をつけて180℃の揚げ油で1~2分ほど揚げる。
ワンポイント
・豚肉の代わりにベーコンやひき肉を使っても美味しく作れます。
