中華風春巻き
レシピ手順
- 木クラゲ・干しえび・干ししいたけを水で戻す。
- 春雨はサッとゆでて戻し、食べやすい長さに切る。
- たけのこ・にんじんはせん切りに、1は粗みじん切りにする。
- フライパンにごま油を熱し、ひき肉を炒める。ポロポロになったら3を加えて炒める。
- オイスター炒ソースで味付けし、2 を加えて水溶き片栗粉でとろみをつけ、冷ます。
- 春巻きの皮で包み、160℃の油できつね色になるまで揚げる。
ワンポイント
低温からじっくり揚げることで、見た目も食感も良く仕上がります。
