サムギョプサル風ライスペーパー
レシピ手順
- 豚肉は5cm幅に切る。
- 熱したフライパンに1を入れ、表面がカリッとするまでしっかりと火を通す。混ぜ合わせたAとあえておく。
- きゅうりはスティック状に切る。
- ライスペーパーを1枚ずつ水またはぬるま湯にくぐらせてまな板などの上に置く。
- 4の上にサンチュを敷き、2・3をのせて巻く。
- 一口大に切り分けて器に盛る。
ワンポイント
美味しいサムギョプサルをライスペーパーで巻いて、パーティー料理にもうれしいメニューです。
