- ベーコンと野菜は1cm角に切る。
- 鍋にオリーブオイルを熱してベーコンを炒め、香りが出てきたらじゃがいも・にんじん・たまねぎ・キャベツを加えて炒める。
- 分量の水を入れ、ガラスープを加えて煮込む。
野菜がやわらかくなったらクスクスを入れ、塩・こしょうで味を調える。
